Business meetings are held once a month at the Winooski Senior Center, the 2nd Monday, at 7:00 pm.  

Our council hosts a large number of council activities throughout the year.  Here are a few:

Fund raiser for handicapped children (Tootsie roll campaign). The last two years we’ve been the top council in the state with close to $4000 raised. These funds were distributed to local organizations such as: Winooski Special Needs Ministry, Winooski Special Education and James O' Hagan Camp.

Free throw competition. Annual competition for 10-14 year olds. Boys and girls welcome. Winners go on to compete at the state level. Saturday, January 8, 2011 at 2 PM for boys and 3 PM for girls at the Winooski High School gym.  The contest is open to all local girls and boys ages 10 through 14.  Proof of age (as of January 1, 2011) is required for participation.  For more information contact George Ashline at 654-2434 or Jeff Brosseau at 655-3556. Turkey distribution drive. $300 in vouchers handed out to St. Stevens and Low Income Housing on Elm Street for Thanksgiving and Chirtsmas.

Breakfast for Seminarians. Monthly fall and winter breakfasts to raise funds for stipends to help Vermont seminarians.
